The Last Christmas Present: A Scavenger Hunt in Words

"There was one present left under the Christmas tree,
a wooden box with a tag that said 'I open at the close'"

When my daughter turned thirteen, I made a scavenger hunt to her last Christmas present
using a Marauder’s Map of our house. Use the map to find the clues and discover
how to piece them together to find her present.

Created with Inform 7.
You can also play it online at http://44westwind.com/play-44-beta.html

Also online is:

- an interactive version of the real life map: http://44westwind.com/map/index.html
- photos from the scavenger hunt: http://44westwind.com/photos/index.html

(Neither of these are required for the IF version of the game!)

In this folder there is:
- The .gblorb version of the game
- a solution file, with commands that would walk you through the scavenger hunt
- a transcript of a successful walkthrough (as a plain text file)
- a PDF transcript of the same walkthrough with nicer formatting

If you get stuck, please try '> hint' - this will ask "Papa" for a contextual hint
 - he starts off rather vaguely but gets more specific if you keep asking.

I hope you enjoy my game!
